Ross’s Plumbing is an essential service provider during Lockdown period of Alert Level 4.
These are unprecedented times and it’s unsettling to know if your plumbing need is an essential one or not. You can find out by giving us a call and talk to Maureen about your needs.
Our plumbers will be wearing masks and gloves and carry sanitiser and disinfectant in their vehicles, however they are putting themselves at risk attending your job so please keep your distance at all times the plumber is on site.
If your work is non-essential – ie.. dripping tap, changing toilets etc. do let us know. We are creating a list of these works to be carried out when we all come out the other side of lockdown as we know there will be a high demand for non-essential work and we want to ensure we have you on our priority list.
Ross and Maureen’s philosophy is one of providing a quality experience for the customer, from the first phone call until payment is completed. That is why we try to make sure someone always answers the phone rather than an answering phone or service. We listen, provide options if necessary and go from there. Ross works with our team of plumbers, Maureen manages the business side, Irene is our operations coordinator and Ashika is the first point of contact for calls and emails.
Ross started as an adult apprentice around the Papakura / Manukau area and spent many years with Manukau Council on maintenance and swimming pool work. His breadth of experience runs from tap maintenance right through to pool pumps and most things in between. Ross is a traditional craftsman plumber and gasfitter. His belief, which he passes on to the team, is treat every job as if you were doing it in your own home. Ross is on the board of the Auckland Society of Plumbers.
Maureen spent several years in the corporate and customer service sector and has been able to combine her skills in this area with Ross’s technical skills to deliver your customer experience.
