“I have been using Ross Plumbing for a number of years now for my home and tenant’s properties. I continue to use them as they are reliable and professional. My dealings with Maureen and Irene are excellent. One phone call is required and they take care of the rest and keep me informed of the progress. They take care of the small decisions regarding the job and if there is a major decision to be made they contact me about it. Last year they did an urgent guttering replacement for a pending house sale and they fitted it in and completed to satisfaction with urgency. I know they were stretched at the time but they sorted me out and I am very grateful for their efforts on that job.
Recently I contacted them for a kitchen and bathroom renovation in tenant’s house – a new kitchen bench unit, new shower and vanity and toilet. Ross started as an adult apprentice around the Papakura / Manukau area and spent many years with Manukau Council on maintenance and swimming pool work. His breadth of experience runs from tap maintenance right through to pool pumps and most things in between. Ross is a traditional craftsman plumber and gasfitter. His belief, which he passes on to the team, is treat every job as if you were doing it in your own home. Ross is on the board of the Auckland Society of Plumbers.
Maureen spent several years in the corporate and customer service sector and has been able to combine her skills in this area with Ross’s technical skills to deliver your customer experience.
